“Engineering is more than writing code.”

— Devdutt Parab

It is about understanding problems, designing systems, making difficult trade-offs, and building software that works reliably in the real world.

Devdutt Parab

Built from years of solving real engineering problems.

I am a software engineering professional with 15+ years of experience building, maintaining, optimizing, and scaling web applications and technology platforms.

My engineering journey has taken me across backend development, application architecture, databases, Linux infrastructure, performance optimization, security, reporting systems, and modern web technologies.

I have worked extensively with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, WordPress, CodeIgniter, MongoDB, Linux, Apache, Redis, queues, caching, API-first architectures, and Apache Superset.

I am particularly interested in the engineering decisions behind software: how systems are designed, where they fail, how they scale, how performance can be improved, and how security can be treated as part of architecture rather than an afterthought.

What You Will Find Here
